During the past 20 years, this sleepy fishing village has gone through major changes and developed into a thriving dive community. Along the coast, there are about a dozen dive sites with healthy corals and plentiful marine life.
We are also devoted to nature preservation, helping the young local people get into the diving industry and increasing their environmental awareness.

Drift dive starts at eel garden then drift with mild to medium current. Big sponges and beautiful gorgonians along the way, and all sorts of mysterious marine lives.
The wreck is a small boat sitting in shallow water but the reef behind contains a fantastic mix of hard and soft coral and millions of small brightly colored fish. Current might be strong.
Very healthy coral garden, mostly strong current. Good chance to see some big marine life here. Only for the really experienced divers.
Probably the easiest big wreck to dive in the world, only 40 meters from the shore. This is also a great place to do a night dive.
Rich marine lives and beautiful soft corals.

This course is designed for people who have limited time yet want to have a taste of scuba diving. The course will be conducted by a scuba instructor with the maximum ratio of 2 to 1. It will cover the basic theory and skill practice, and conclude in 2 ocean dives.
Minimum Age: 10. Duration: 1 day. Max Dive depth: 12 metres
An introduction to the splendid world of scuba diving, this one day course comprises a 30 minute introduction to the equipment, some basic theory, and the skills required, followed by a half hour session in our pool trying out those skills and getting accustomed to breathing underwater, then you are taken to the sea to do 2 dives by one of our instructors or dive control specialists.
This course is designed for people who have limited time or simply curious about scuba diving. Talk to your instructor if you feel like to upgrade to a full Open Water Course.

Scuba Diver is the perfect course for those who do not have time to complete an entire Open Water Diver course. The content of this program represents about half of a complete scuba diving certification program (SSI Open Water Diver). You can then complete the second half and become a certified diver at any time and anywhere convenient for you.
Minimum Age: 10. Duration: 2 days. Max Dive depth: 12 metres
Scuba Diver is the perfect course for those who do not have time to complete an entire Open Water Diver Program. The content of this program represents about half of a complete scuba diving certification program (SSI Open Water Diver). You can then complete the second half and become a certified diver at another time, anywhere that is convenient for you.
At the end of the program you will receive your Scuba Diver Certificate indicating the successful completion of this program. This certificate entitles you to take part in dives under the direct supervision of a Dive Professional up to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet all over the world. When you decide to complete your Open Water Diver certification, the Scuba Diver Program can be fully credited to your training. This way you will not have to redo any part of the program twice. After a short skill update you can complete your Open Water Diver rating.

This is the most basic course to make you a certified diver. By the end of 3 days, you will learn the theories and skills to dive world wide independently. Remember, at Fun Divers, we don't certify people, we make them real divers!
Minimum Age: 15. Duration: 3 days. Max Dive depth: 18 metres
The full three day Open Water course is by far the most popular. The first day is spent watching videos, going over theory with one of our multilingual instructors and practicing skills in our pool. On the second day we go out to dive in the sea in 12 meters and on the final day we do two more dives to 18 meters.
After this course you will be fully and permanently certified to dive to 18 meters when accompanied by a similarly or more highly certified buddy.
Once you've completed the Open Water Course you can continue your diver education by doing Adventure Dives, Speciality Courses or if you have time the full Advanced Open Water Course.

It is now possible to complete the academic training before you leave home, significantly reducing the time you'll need to spend in the classroom while completing your Open Water level certification at Fun Divers.
You will of course still need to watch the academic training DVDs, answer some questions, and participate in the theory sessions with one of our Instructors. However you won't have to spend any time reading the book as you will already have completed this part of the course online.

If you are thinking of becoming an Open Water Scuba Instructor then this is the best possible way to prepare for it.
To take part in this program, you have to be a Master Diver with 5 Specialties included the Stress and Rescue and have 50 logged dives.
The Dive Guide program is the starting point for the Dive Professional adventure. Completing the Science of Diving specialty course is the next step to become a dive professional and upgrading to Dive Master.
Science of Diving addresses all the areas of diving knowledge in a detailed and comprehensive manner: Physics, Physiology, Decompression Theory, Aquatic Environment and Diving Equipment.
As soon as you have completed Dive Guide, and the Science of Diving programs, you will be awarded with the SSI Dive Master rating. You are then on your way to becoming an SSI Dive Control Specialist.
If you are thinking of becoming an Open Water Scuba Instructor then this is the best possible way to prepare for it.

SSI Extended Range programs are designed to take your diving to the next level. Whether you are looking for the excitement of deep diving, going beyond recreational diving limits, significantly extending your bottom time or enjoying the thrill of exploring deep reefs, wrecks and caves.
To take part in this program, you have to be a Advanced Open Water Diver with both the Deep Diving and Enriched Air Nitrox specialties and a minimum of 24 logged dives.
Extended Range diving will open up a diverse variety of aquatic environments, increase your dive depths limits, extend your bottom times and train you on new procedures. Academically you will advance your knowledge and understanding of principles, procedures and theories specific to diving safely with a decompression ceiling.
You will adapt your existing equipment or be introduced to new equipment concepts and the technically oriented dive rig. You will also learn and master new skills designed to enhance your safety and enjoyment using this new equipment design. During your program your instructor will cover everything from supreme buoyancy, propulsion, equipment management and effective decompression.

Frank has a long list of the qualifications in dive world since 1995. He is the chief of our professional team.
From recreational dive to technical dive, he will charm you all the way until you get the best of your potentials.
Frank is also talented in languages. He's fluent with German, Dutch, Spanish, French. And of course English as well.
Sari is our fantastic local dive instructor. Sari has worked in local area as a dive guide for more than 10 years with over 5000 dives, and he knows the local scenes as well as the back of his hand.
Newly obtained his instructor certification, Sari enjoys the reputation as most patient and fun to be around with. Some days of the week, Sari shows his musical talent on the local bar.
Roxanna engaged on a fast track diving career with us. She starts from the Open Water Dive Master until she became Instructor.
